My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were affordable but had a musty smell, which was a bit off-putting. The hotel rooms are clean and really spacious with sitting areas to watch TV, an extensive dressing area, and an outside balcony facing the beautiful gardens. The bedding was lovely although the AC was not very cold and a bit noisy. The service was friendly and helpful, especially from Peter, Mary, and Omar, but the front desk manager had some issues with refunds. The location is between the airport and the city center, making it peaceful and beautiful. The dining experience had limited choices initially but improved after speaking with the manager. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
